Dedicated Property Manager

You'll have a dedicated Property Manager to look after you and all of the One Three Five Victoria residents.

The Property Manager is available for all resident enquiries, Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 5pm. You can reach the Property Manager via email at admin@at-home.co.nz.

Long leases from 1 year - 10 years

Set up roots with us at One Three Five Victoria, where you can sign up for a lease term anywhere between 12 months through to 10 years, giving you the long-term security likened to homeownership, without the mortgage.

We understand that circumstances change. When you sign up for a 10 year lease, you have the ability to terminate your lease with only 2 months' notice required.

Bring your pets with you

You can bring your beloved pets with you, they are welcome in all of the apartments.

If you have a dog, there are a number of local walks in the nearby town belt that you can explore as well as dedicated off leash dog walks and parks can be found across the city.

Personalise your space

Experience the autonomy of homeownership without the mortgage. At One Three Five Victoria, you have the ability to inject your own personality into your home. Paint your walls and hang your artwork, all we ask is that you return the apartment back to original condition for the next person.

Utility Packages Available

Set up your power, centralised heating and internet directly through us.

Enjoy a fixed price per week and decrease the number of different payments you make, streamlining your bills. Move into an apartment with utilities already set up and ready to use.

Want to bring your own? We offer different utility package combinations to suit your needs, or you can choose to opt-out entirely.

Supports ageing in place, enabling occupants to remain in their homes for as long as they wish to.

Safe and secure car parking available

We have 25 secure carparks available to lease on Level 1. $105 per carpark, per week.

We have 4 secure motorbikes available to lease on Level 1, $30 per park, per week.

You can add this option to your lease. When signing up to a new apartment, be sure to let the Property Manager know you are interested and they will check availability.

If you are already a resident and would like to add a car park to your lease, you can enquire with the Property Manager today, admin@at-home.co.nz.

EV charging and e-bike charging available

EV charging options are available for residents, you will need to apply and an EV car park will be assigned to you. There are limited EV carparks available so we cannot guarantee a spot for everyone who applies. There is a cost to residents for EV charging, this is managed through Thundergrid and residents can download the Thundergrid App.

There are 8 e-bike chargers in the secure bike store located on Level 1. There is no charge for these.

Safe and secure bicycle parking available

We have 120 secure bicycle parks available on Level 1. There is no additional charge for these, but you will need to apply and a dedicated bike park will be assigned to you.
